The purpose of the Shepherd's Staff is to provide dedicated support and assistance to Bishop Henngins and the first family. Committed to serving with diligence and excellence, the Shepherd's Staff aims to facilitate synchrony of priorities with the Bishop, enabling him to focus on his spiritual leadership and pastoral responsibilities. This department seeks to anticipate and meet the needs of the Bishop and first family, while fostering a sense of community and support within the church, and ensuring that they can fulfill their role as leaders in the kingdom as assigned by God.
