By registering for this event and reserving sets, you agree to the following:
• I am a member of Zion Dominion Global Ministries and I have a CID#
• I understand that there will be no childrens ministry at this time.
• I do not have symptoms related to COVID-19 and have not been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.
• I agree to wear a mask for the duration of my time in the building.
• I agree to sanitize upon entry.
• I agree to a temperature check before entry.
• I will maintain social distance.
• By registering for this event and reserving seats I assume all health liabilities that could be caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
• If I am unable to attend, I will cancel my reservation so the seats can be released to someone else.
